PRIVATE AI PROGRAM / BUILT AROUND YOUR COMPANY
Your team learns AI through the work already on its desk.
Before the first session, we sit down with your team and learn how the work gets done. Then we replace generic exercises with your files, decisions and real operating problems. Across four sessions, the team builds up to two working practices it can keep using and improving.

WHAT YOUR TEAM LEARNS
Stop opening ChatGPT to a blank page.
Your team learns how to give ChatGPT and Gemini the context, files and review rules they need. The real test comes later, when someone can use the same setup on a new case without starting over.
- 01
Give the tool the company context
We bring together the files, decisions, vocabulary and examples the tool needs. Your team no longer has to repeat the same background every time someone opens a new chat.
- 02
Write down how the work gets done
The people who know the process explain their rules, exceptions and limits. The rest of the team can read them, test them and point out what is missing.
- 03
Work with real company files
We use approved documents, spreadsheets and company cases. The exercises have to work outside the workshop too.
- 04
Know when the answer needs review
We define a correct result, who has the final say and what the tool must ask when information is missing.
- 05
Use it again the following week
Your team keeps the files and prototypes, along with a clear way to update them when a rule changes or a new case appears.
WHERE YOUR TEAM CAN USE IT
Which piece of work should we start with?
Every company brings a different problem. It might be a meeting that never becomes a usable action list, a report that takes hours, or brand work that loses its voice as soon as AI enters the process. During the assessment, we choose up to two cases and work through them properly.
Leadership and administration
Turn a meeting into a plan people can review.
- What happens today
- Minutes, agreements, tasks, quotes and reports arrive in different formats. Someone ends up chasing the missing pieces and explaining the context again.
- What the team practices
- The team organizes its sources, defines the fields it needs and tests a practice that prepares agreements, owners, dates or a report for review.
- What your team keeps
- Your team keeps the source structure, instructions, expected format and the rule that names who approves the result before it is shared.

- team-actions.xlsx
- leadership-rules.md
Finance and reporting
Understand the spreadsheet before summarizing it.
- What happens today
- Your team compares expenses, inventory, budgets or monthly closes. Asking for a summary is easy. Respecting the right fields, periods and review rules is the part that matters.
- What the team practices
- The team works with an approved spreadsheet and a known correct result. The tool organizes, compares or prepares an explanation. A person still owns the financial review.
- What your team keeps
- Your team keeps the required fields, calculation or reading rules, error cases and a report format it can run again.

- monthly-close.xlsx
- account-catalog.csv
- review-rules.md
Sales and prospecting
Prepare for the call without opening fifteen tabs.
- What happens today
- Researching an account, preparing a call and writing the follow-up can mean searching the website, notes, email and CRM every time.
- What the team practices
- The team decides which information matters, which sources are allowed and what a useful briefing or follow-up looks like before it is sent.
- What your team keeps
- Your team keeps an editable practice for research, preparation and review. A person decides the final message and updates the process when the offer changes.

- sales-notes.docx
- briefing-format.md
Marketing and content
Keep the brand intact when AI enters the process.
- What happens today
- An idea lives across references, notes, images, comments and corrections. A blank chat does not know why one option feels right for the brand and another does not.
- What the team practices
- The team organizes examples, decisions and rejected directions. Then it tests a brief, presentation, social post or campaign variation.
- What your team keeps
- Your team keeps the brand sources, review rules, editable instruction and a practice that can accept new references later.

People operations
Answer from the policy, not from memory.
- What happens today
- Onboarding, role profiles, interviews and policies often depend on scattered documents and the one person who remembers where each answer lives.
- What the team practices
- The team chooses an appropriate case, organizes policies and rules, then tests a guide, onboarding pack or a query against approved sources.
- What your team keeps
- Your team keeps the source documents, the questions the tool must ask, its limits and the point where a person reviews the answer.
Files that could be used
- company-policies.pdf
- role-profile.docx
- onboarding-checklist.xlsx
Operations and audit
Find what is missing without filling in the blanks.
- What happens today
- Checklists, case files and deliveries get reviewed repeatedly. Problems start when the tool fills a gap on its own or treats an exception as a rule.
- What the team practices
- The team defines what to check, which evidence is acceptable, when the tool must stop and who handles the exception. Then it tests one complete case and one incomplete case.
- What your team keeps
- Your team keeps the checklist, source set, deliberate error cases and an output that distinguishes ready, incomplete and needs review.

BEFORE THE FIRST SESSION
First, we learn the work.
Then we rebuild the examples around it.
Leadership tells us what should improve. The people who do the work walk us through three recent situations, show us where the information lives, which tools the company already pays for and which files we may use.
We also need one result your team considers correct. That lets us choose the practices, prepare deliberate error cases and name the person who reviews each output.
Tell us about the teamis already built.

FOUR SESSIONS / TWO HOURS EACH
Your team learns by doing
work it recognizes.
SESSION 01 / UNDERSTAND
Run the same case in ChatGPT and Gemini.
We open a case the team already knows in both tools. The team compares how each one handles its files, then chooses a primary environment based on its own evidence.

I want to work on a real case↗THE KNOWLEDGE STAYS INSIDE THE COMPANY
Your team knows what it built and how to keep using it.
The sources, rules, tests and expected results are documented. If a condition changes, the team knows where to update it before the next run.
The program includes a 60-minute follow-up clinic within 14 days of the final session.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
The course changes once we know your company.
The people who know the work and can make decisions.
We need to hear from the person setting the priority, the people who run the process and someone who can recognize a correct result. You tell us how the team is organized. We propose the working format.
Recent cases we can open and review together.
We ask for real situations, approved files, access to the accounts used during the course and time to practice between sessions. If certain information cannot be shared, we prepare a representative version.
ChatGPT, Gemini and the files your company already uses.
The first session runs the same case in both tools. Based on that test, the team chooses an environment and works with documents, spreadsheets and folders according to its accounts and permissions.
The program covers learning, building and testing. Full implementation is a separate project.
The course does not include certification, a company-wide process redesign, custom software or ongoing operations. Third-party licenses and subscriptions are paid separately.
QUESTIONS BEFORE WE TALK
A few things teams usually ask first.
Does the team need prior AI experience?
No programming is required. The participants do need to know the work they bring into the sessions. We teach them how to organize context, use the tools, test the result and review it.
Does every company get the same course?
The four-session progression is already built. We change the cases, files, vocabulary, rules, exercises and materials to match your company.
Will this automate an entire department?
No. The standard program builds up to two editable prototypes. If the next step requires connected tools or a broader process automation, we scope that as an implementation project.
What happens after the fourth session?
The team keeps its materials and prototypes. Within 14 days, we hold a 60-minute follow-up clinic to review questions that appeared when the team used them again.
