It started with the things I was tired of explaining from scratch.
01 / The same explanation
After more than twenty years of building businesses, some explanations kept coming back.
How something should look. Why one reference works. Which fact cannot move. With every new person, the conversation started over.
02 / Preserve what matters
I began saving the result together with the decisions that made it possible.
The sources, examples and corrections tell the full story of a piece of work. When a tool can consult them, it better understands what to do and when it needs to ask.
03 / Make a first version
An idea becomes clearer once there is something to look at.
It can be a website, a video, a team exercise or a connected process. We build enough to test the direction, get a specific reaction and decide what deserves to continue.
04 / Leave a way to continue
What we learned during the project remains available.
We deliver the relevant files, references, tests and instructions. If there is an agent, its permissions and limits are also clear. The next version can start from what we already discovered together.

What we safeguard
We automate only as far as the process allows.
Infrastructure suited to the project
Some projects can run on your own infrastructure; others need hosting, models, APIs or external services.
Participation and review
You do not need to learn programming to make decisions about the result, but every product requires participation and review.
Out-of-scope exceptions
The agent stops when information is missing or an exception falls outside the agreed scope.
A person remains responsible
High-risk decisions remain the responsibility of a person.
